An Elite Engineering Legacy

Formerly known as Enterprise Management Solutions (EMS), Critigen was created as the information management division of CH2M HILL’s 64-year, $6.3B global engineering, consulting, and construction business to support their large-scale engineering projects.

After 10+ years as the renowned company’s sole information solutions provider, EMS grew to more than 700 associates worldwide and amassed deep domain expertise in supporting both CH2M HILL and their global critical infrastructure clients. After CH2M HILL divested itself of EMS’ specialized services, EMS became Critigen. CH2M HILL retained the right of using Critigen as its preferred IT solutions provider.

Now, as an independent entity with a new name, Critigen draws upon its strong expertise and heritage to serve a broader purpose: to deliver our unparalleled information management services to an expanded client base, exponentially increasing the beneficial impact we deliver to clients on a global level.
