Mr. Eberle is Critigen's Chief Executive Officer. An experienced and proven professional he has consistently achieved operational effectiveness by building strong organizations, improving productivity, driving high quality service delivery, and developing and nurturing strong leaders. He has responsibility for all delivery of services, operations and customer management.
Prior to joining Critigen, Mr. Eberle held leadership positions at Control Data Corporation, Dun & Bradstreet, AppGenisys and Inovis, and was co-founder and CEO of Mentora - a quality managed services and consulting company.
Mr. Eberle attended the U.S. Military Academy at West Point (USMA '71). Upon graduation and after earning his Airborne and Ranger tabs he proudly served seven years in the United States Army including a tour with the 82nd Airborne Division.
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Kelly is the Chief Financial Officer at Critigen. As a member of the executive team, he is responsible for all finance and accounting functions at Critigen as well as driving key strategic initiatives and advising on corporate strategies. Mr. Kelly has nearly 25 years of experience in senior finance and operational roles in publically traded, private and start-up enterprises both domestically and internationally.
Prior to Critigen, Mr. Kelly was SVP of Finance and M&A Integration at IHS. Prior to IHS Mr. Kelly was CFO and Director of Business Operations at Marketmile, a silicon valley technology start-up. Earlier roles included Division CFO, Controller and Business Operations roles at JD Edwards and EDS. Mr. Kelly holds a Bachelors in Finance from the University of Missouri and an MBA from the University of North Texas. He is a Certified Management Accountant.
Chief Financial Officer
As Critigen's Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Turchioe identifies and addresses areas that can benefit by application of technology and process improvements, both for Critigen clients and Critigen's organization. Mr. Turchioe has over 20 years experience in various leadership positions integrating technology in presales, engineering, consulting and operations for both small and large companies.
Prior to joining Critigen, Mr. Turchioe worked at SAP where he was responsible for performance and scalability of the SAP BusinessObjects platform and clients.
Mr. Turchioe holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Mr. Trim brings deep experience in the financial and personnel operations of a consulting organization, with a focus of surrounding himself with highly qualified leaders, creating repeatable processes for operations, and using tangible metrics to achieve efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability. He has profit and loss responsibility for Critigen's consulting services globally as well as sales responsibilities for key clients.
Prior to joining Critigen, Mr. Trim served as a founding member of the Management and Information Solutions group at CH2MHILL, where he served as a regional manager and global IT project delivery manager. Prior to Critigen and CH2MHILL, he held positions in consulting, manufacturing, and research and development firms.
Mr. Trim holds an MBA with an emphasis in information technology from California State University and an undergraduate degree in engineering from the University of Southern California.
Mr. Haight is Critigen’s Chief Strategy Officer and SVP of Sales and Marketing. As a member of the executive team, he is responsible for growth strategies and global sales and marketing across Critigen geospatial offerings.
Mr. Haight has over 20 years’ experience spanning the fields of information technology, engineering, wireless technology and private equity. Prior to Critigen, Jeff enjoyed a distinguished career at CH2M Hill where he held many leadership positions including Senior Vice President and Northwest Regional Manager; Global Director, Management Consulting; and Western Regional Director of Enterprise Management Solutions. In addition to his accomplishments in the consulting industry, he is the co-founder of two network security companies and chair of several non-profit boards. He was honored in 2006 by the Puget Sound Business Journal as one the 40 most influential people under 40 years old.
Mr Haight was a college scholar at Cornell University where he earned his BS from the College of Engineering and his Master of Engineering Management from Cornell’s Johnson School of Business.

Mr. Riegelmann has more than 30 years' experience in physical geography, GIS and CAD mapping, surveying, and remote sensing sciences for a broad range of applications implemented around the world. He also has over 17 years of progressively challenging program management experience.
He has extensive knowledge and experience in U.S. Department of Defense installation facilities and environmental GIS, CAD planning, design, development, and implementation. He develops and conducts workshops, seminars, pilot programs, and education programs including innovative organizational and technical solutions employing user-centered, business process driven enterprise information management techniques.
Mr. Riegelmann pioneered the development of the Tri-Service GIS Spatial Data Standards (TSSDS). He has also pioneered methods to help organizations adopt GIS as an integrated mission solution through business and strategic planning.
Mr. Riegelmann holds an MS in physical geography from Oregon State University and a BA in geography from State University of New York.
Federal & Defense
Mr. van den Akker leads the US AEC solutions team, providing technology solutions to AECs serving all industries. He brings 15 years of experience in the mapping and information technology industry across consulting services, cloud IT , and software product companies. Mr. van den Akker's expertise is in business-process modeling, system architecture design, quality assurance, and solution delivery with an emphasis on developing technologies that make project teams and fimrs more efficient and accurate in their work.
He holds a Masters degree from Carnegie Mellon University magna cum laude.
Ty van den Akker
Mr. Cuciurean is responsible for Critigen’s international business. He has more than 15 years experience in global software and technology companies in Sales and Leadership positions in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, with a particular focus on growing new markets and within start-ups.
With more than 15 years’ experience leading, motivating, and managing teams in areas of market development, strategic sales planning, public relations, and communications, Ms. Herbst leverages her knowledge and experience to support the industries Critigen serves. She is also a subject matter expert with various publications, video, social networking and multi-media marketing and communications tools. Ms. Herbst is known for delivering projects on-time and on-budget while increasing customer satisfaction and profitable revenue growth. Ms. Herbst has been with Critigen for over 10 years and has held several positions throughout Critigen’s sales and marketing organization managing sales operations, developing the strategic marketing plan, and coordinating the internal and external communications. Ms. Herbst holds a Bachelor’ of Arts degree from Metropolitan State University, Denver Colorado.
Dr. Brian Cullis (Colonel, US Air Force, Retired, PhD) brings more than 25 years of experience in GIS technology adoption experience to his role as the Director of Critigen's Spatial Enterprise & GIS Practice. He carries profit and loss responsibilities for Spatial Enterprise & GIS corporate planning and operations management, resource/workload balancing, strategic planning, and staff development and training. His efforts are immensely aided by over one hundred GIS consultants in the practice who are well versed across the enterprise value continuum from business requirements to geospatial technology design, implementation and systems integration. Dr. Cullis pioneered spatial enterprise concepts to include the US Air Force GeoBase and the DoD Installation Spatial Data Infrastructure prior to his retirement in 2006 from active duty.
Spatial Enterprise & GIS
Mr. Phillips has over 22 years of experience in the GIS and Software Development industries. He is currently the Director of Software Development as well as the Director of Resource Management for Critigen. As Director of Software Development, Mr. Phillips is responsible for the overall financial performance of the Software Development practice as well as directing the overall best practices of this dynamic group. In his resource management role, Mr. Phillips manages the overall resource pool to ensure that Critigen has the right resources for the right projects at the right time.
Mr. Phillips has a wealth of technical and managerial experience in various vertical markets including: Department of Defense, Environmental, Water/Waste Water and State and Local Government. Mr. Phillips works with Critigen's clients and staff to provide long-term sustainable solutions that meet the overall business objectives.
Mr. Phillips holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from California State University, Fullerton. In 2007, Mr. Phillips was awarded the Triangle Business Journal's 40 under 40 award.
Mr. Anderson's responsibilities include senior project management and leadership of land survey and mapping activities for the company. He has more than 33 years of land surveying experience, including 21 years of survey management, with professional experience on control surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, aerial mapping surveys, route surveys, right-of-way surveys, land planning, and survey plat mapping. He is a primary resource when guidance is needed for complex deployment and critical deadlines are to be made on fast-track projects.
Mr. Anderson has a degree in civil engineering technology from Portland Community College and Professional Land Surveyor licenses in Florida, Idaho, Nevada and Utah.
Geomatics, Survey &
Dr. D’Aurora uses his more than 30 years of professional experience and expertise in both environmental analytical chemistry and database management to establish and direct multiple end-to-end programs. Commercial and proprietary applications and data systems are used to meet each project’s needs in a state-of-the-art and cost-effective approach. Dr. D’Aurora works collaboratively with clients to develop enterprise-wide data management systems focused on results. His worldwide clientele includes the Rocky Flats and Hanford nuclear production facilities; the U.S. Air Force, Navy and Army; and large international corporations.
Dr. D'Aurora holds a Ph.D. in biochemistry and a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry.
