Mark Kelly Chief Financial Officer

Mark is the Chief Financial Officer at Critigen. As a member of the executive team, he is responsible for all finance and accounting functions at Critigen as well as driving key strategic initiatives and advising on corporate strategies. Mark has nearly 25 years of experience in senior finance and operational roles in publically traded, private and start-up enterprises both domestically and internationally.

Prior to Critigen, Mark was SVP of Finance and M&A Integration at IHS. Prior to IHS Mark was CFO and Director of Business Operations at Marketmile, a silicon valley technology start-up. Earlier roles included Division CFO, Controller and Business Operations roles at JD Edwards and EDS. Mark holds a Bachelors in Finance from the University of Missouri and an MBA from the University of North Texas. He is a Certified Management Accountant.
