Critigen Delivers Tier 1 and Tier 2 Managed IT Support for Aspen Valley Hospital

Aspen Valley Hospital (AVH) recently selected Critigen to provide managed IT services for nearly all of its critical IT systems. The three-year agreement also includes deep technical consulting not only by providing a maturity migration roadmap, but also in leading tactical upgrades for key platforms and IT projects for the hospital.

Scope of Managed IT Services include:

(AVH) currently employs a team of tenured IT experts in the healthcare industry. As vital platforms continued to evolve towards custom deployments and integration, coupled with an expansion project for the hospital, (AVH's) IT resources were called upon to focus on new strategic business initiatives. Moreover, IT leadership was forced to improve upon service availability and delivery while upgrading multiple platforms over a finite period of time.
