Critigen Managed Services Forms Client Advisory Council

January 23, 2013 Denver: Critigen Managed Services is pleased to announce the creation of a Client Advisory Council. The Client Advisory Council (CAC) is a select group of Critigen Managed Services clients whose input is sought for strategic planning and service feedback purposes on an on-going basis. The primary mission of the CAC is to facilitate an open forum and open dialog between Critigen Managed Services management and its clients in order to promote improved service quality, efficiencies and innovation.IT as a Service Client Advisory Council

Mike Bank, VP Critigen Managed Services, said, “In continuing to pursue our goal as a ’best-in-class’ managed IT as a Service (ITaaS) provider, we wanted a forum where we could directly hear from our clients.” “Today, Critigen Managed Services provides comprehensive IT support services across leading industry verticals.” “Our 2013 charter includes a Continuous Improvement module to constantly improve service delivery while ensuring maximum client satisfaction and loyalty.” “To accomplish this, we wanted to establish a forum to learn about shifts in our client’s needs and how we can better tailor our services driving more value for our clients.”

At quarterly meetings clients will have the opportunity to influence decision-making of Critigen Managed Services management and to participate in meaningful interaction with colleagues. The CAC provides input at regular intervals to be used in program evaluation, development and planning.

Critigen is already putting plans into place to implement procedures and processes suggested by our clients. The creation of this Council is an additional way Critigen is demonstrating commitment to delivery of a superior client experience, whether providing IT infrastructure as a service, IT consulting, Managed Services, or 24x7 Remote Monitoring and Management. Both new and current Managed Services clients will benefit from the outcomes of this Council.
